Combined "Safety and Human Factors Training for Part-145 and Continuing Airworthiness Management."

The training covers topics such as human factors in maintenance work, safety culture, human error, human capabilities, the work environment, procedures, communication, teamwork, and professionalism. The aim is to provide basic knowledge of human factors in aviation engineering. The training complies with the Continuing Airworthiness Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014, Annex II GM1 145. A.30, as amended by ED Decision 2022/011/R, and Annex Vc GM2 CAMO.A.305(g) ED Decision 2020/002/R.

The training is online and conducted in English.
